Information you choose to share
Our enquiry and audit forms collect your name, email address, website URL, message and consent. We use this information to review and respond to your request, discuss a project and keep the correspondence needed for that work.
Technical information
Our website and form system may record your IP address, browser or device information, submission time and the page used to send an enquiry. We use these details to operate the service, prevent spam and investigate delivery or security issues.
Where enquiries are processed
The website is hosted on Hostinger. Form submissions are stored in the WordPress administration area and an email notification is sent to the studio. Access is limited to authorised site administrators. Email and hosting providers process information as part of providing those services.
WhatsApp, Fiverr and external links
When you choose WhatsApp, Fiverr or another external service, your use of that service is covered by its own privacy terms. We do not automatically send form entries to those platforms.
Cookies and analytics
WordPress and connected features may use cookies necessary for their operation, including administrator login. This website does not currently have an advertising or audience-analytics tracking ID configured. This notice should be updated before new tracking is introduced.
Retention and requests
We retain enquiry details while needed to answer your request, manage an agreed project or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent for future enquiry follow-up. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or an existing agreement.
What not to send
Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive client information through the enquiry form. We agree an appropriate method if project work requires additional access.
Changes
We update this notice when our actual use of information changes.
