Who we are

iamseema Studio is an independent studio founded by Seema. This notice covers enquiries submitted through iamseema.com. For privacy questions or requests, email iamseema05@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you use a project or website-review form, we collect the details you provide: your name where requested, email address, website URL, message and consent choice. WordPress and Elementor may also record the submission time, referring page, IP address and browser information. Hosting logs may contain technical request information used to operate and protect the site.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to reply, understand your requirements, discuss a proposal and keep a record of the conversation. We do not add form enquiries to a marketing mailing list. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential client material.

Basis for processing

Where applicable data-protection law requires a lawful basis, responding to a requested proposal can involve steps you ask us to take before a contract. Routine enquiry management and site protection can involve legitimate interests. If we rely on consent for a particular use, you may withdraw it by contacting us.

Where information goes

Form submissions are stored in WordPress and notification emails are sent to the studio’s Gmail address. Website hosting is provided through Hostinger; email is handled by Google. These providers may process data in countries other than your own. Their own security and privacy terms apply to their processing. We do not sell enquiry details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project information only for as long as it is needed to respond, manage a project, maintain relevant business records or meet applicable obligations. This depends on the nature of the conversation or project. You can ask about the information held or request deletion. Backup copies may remain for the provider’s backup period.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores your selected light or dark theme in your browser’s local storage. WordPress uses cookies for signed-in administration and security. No advertising or analytics integration was added as part of this website build. Your browser settings can clear cookies and local storage; doing so may reset your theme choice.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to particular processing. Contact the studio to make a request. You may also contact your local data-protection regulator; UK visitors can find information at the Information Commissioner’s Office.

External links and changes

If you choose Fiverr or another external website, that provider’s privacy policy applies to your activity there. This notice will be updated when the site’s data use changes. Last updated: 30 September 2026.
